The Math Adult Autism Diagnostic Interview (MAADI©) is a semi-structured, clinician-administered interview designed to support comprehensive autism evaluations for verbally fluent adults. Unlike traditional tools that often miss internalized presentations, the MAADI© explores sensory, emotional, social, cognitive, and behavioral patterns through a neurodiversity-affirming lens.

Sections of the MAADI are designed to integrate with the diagnostic criteria in the DSM-5-TR. The MAADI is built on clinical expertise and promises to brings nuance and accuracy to adult diagnosis.
